Payment Terms
For Payment Plans, the set terms of the direct debit agreements are either five months or 10 months, with the option of weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments. Additional charges will apply to students taking up this option, including a billing fee of 4.6 per cent of total course tuition costs and an administration fee of $10 (non-refundable).

Course Overview

Learn library, computer and communication skills required to work in a library or information services team.

When you complete the Certificate IV in Library and Information Services, you’ll be able to use your broad knowledge base to solve problems and analyse information from a variety of sources in a library environment.

During the course, you’ll learn about referencing, cataloguing, circulation, database searching, multimedia, information technology (IT) and copyright. You will also develop effective communication and customer service skills, and knowledge of cultural services.

The course is also delivered using PLETO, Chisholm's video conferencing facility and is also available at the Bairnsdale campus of Federation Training for people living in Gippsland via this technology.
