Course Overview

This is a starting qualification for people hoping to find work in libraries, galleries or museums as an attendant, helping customers and library staff with routine daily tasks.

The Certificate II in Library and Information Services is ideal for people returning to the workforce who have work experience in support roles but who don’t have any formal office qualifications.

You will learn about customer service, work, health and safety, operating different software packages and a variety of other administration and circulation duties.
