Course Overview

This course is for people who want be competent in a wide range of general information and communications technology (ICT) technical functions.

Learn how to install and operate different software, customising and optimising for different client needs. You’ll also learn to use the advanced features of some of the different computer applications and develop macros and templates for clients using standard products.

At the completion of your training you will have the skills to apply for jobs like help desk officer, help desk assistant, ICT operations support or ICT user support.
