Course Overview

This qualification prepares you to provide services to clients in relation to mental health and wellbeing.

It includes the knowledge and skills to provide person centred recovery, referral, advocacy, trauma informed practice and education/health promotion services.

The skills that you acquire as part of this qualification will enable you to work in a wide range of mental health programs, this includes group facilitation for people with a mental illness, case management, support work and crisis support management.

Course Content
