Payment Terms
For Payment Plans, the set terms of the direct debit agreements are either five months or 10 months, with the option of weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments. Additional charges will apply to students taking up this option, including a billing fee of 4.6 per cent of total course tuition costs and an administration fee of $10 (non-refundable).

This course will teach you how to develop, facilitate, and monitor all aspects of case management and build an effective working relationship with your client. You'll also learn how to apply interpersonal and counselling interview skills to perform assessments.
