Course Overview

This qualification prepares you for work as a community services professional in various service delivery roles including direct client work, community education or development projects.

You will develop the knowledge, skills and values to work with individuals, families, social groups or larger communities to support activities, information and referral for those in need of assistance and to link clients to appropriate services and government departments.

Course Provider
