Course Overview

This nationally recognised qualification will assist you in gaining the skills, knowledge and confidence to work with people in the community.

You may work directly with people in need or crisis and/or community development projects, where you'll be involved in larger scale projects, which address specific issues and strengthen the community.

On successful completion you will be qualified to operate at an advanced skill level and may also have responsibility for the supervision of other staff and volunteers. You may work in a range of services within the community services sector.
