Payment Terms
For Payment Plans, the set terms of the direct debit agreements are either five months or 10 months, with the option of weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments. Additional charges will apply to students taking up this option, including a billing fee of 4.6 per cent of total course tuition costs and an administration fee of $10 (non-refundable).

Course Overview

Learn the basics of working in a support role within an education setting

This nationally recognised qualification reflects the role of workers in a range of education settings, including public and independent schools and community education settings, who provide assistance and support to teachers and students under broad-based supervision.

The course is delivered flexibly via workbooks based on an individual study plan. You are required to complete a placement component of the course. The learner must organise their own placement of 100 hours. If the learner is currently working or volunteering they will use this to achieve their placement.
