For Payment Plans, the set terms of the direct debit agreements are either five months or 10 months, with the option of weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments. When you complete the Diploma of Project Management, you’ll have the skills to plan, implement and monitor small to large-scale projects. You’ll extend your knowledge of risk management, time management, project procurement, scope management, communications, financial management, human resources and quality management.
